PTAC Deep Cleaning

| $1.00 | Price reduction for more than 240 units scheduled in one week (4 days); (60 ptac units per day or more). |
| $1.00 | Price reduction if the hotel puts announcement letter in rooms the night before cleaning and provides a staff member to assist RMI technician in all occupied rooms. |
| $1.00 | Price reduction if scheduled job is the second year of service. |
Technician will start at 8:00 am by setting up hoses on the top floor of hotel. At 8:45 am, tech will start cleaning vacant rooms. After completing vacant rooms on top floor, RMI tech and hotel staff member will complete occupied rooms on top floor. Then tech will set up hoses on the next floor (going down) and begin cleaning vacant or occupied rooms (staff members choice). We will complete one floor at a time until finished, starting with the top floor.
